was in extreme agony all day long. (I have
fibromyalgia.) I wore my workout clothes and
didn't shower in the am as I normally would,
planning to workout and get sweaty anyway. After
a dozen or so phone calls and working on-line, I
couldn't sit any more, and I finally went to work
out around 3pm. I thought that my pain would be
allayed by working out, it often is, but instead
of getting better it increased to the point that
when I did my final stretching at the end of my
workout, I was literally in tears from the pain.
My skin was cold and clammy and my color on the
green side of gray as I literally shook from the
pain. I sat there in a room by myself and just
sobbed. That actually helped relieve some of the
tension that the pain had induced. I went then to
take a shower, and it dawned on me that I hadn't

I left the house about 1/2 hr later my pain was
already in retreat. After running some necessary
errands, including a fairly long drive (which is
